Success Coaches are professional experts who support the Student Services Division at Pasadena City College Student by managing a caseload of students.

Success coaches serve as a referral source for their students and meet them individually as well as in groups. Additional responsibilities include student outreach, data management and workshop development and facilitation.

Applicants should be in or beginning a graduate program in counseling, higher education, psychology, sociology, social work or similar and have at least 2 years remaining to complete the program.

As a variable hour employee, you must qualify for medical benefits pursuant to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (also known as the Affordable Care Act or ACA).
