Summary

We are looking for Product Manager to join the firm's Knowledge Graph Intelligence team, which focuses on developing technical applications for investment operations.

We are looking for someone with a technical background and a proven track record in building complex, cross-functional software products from ideation through to deployment.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in developing products and integrating innovative technologies, with a special focus on knowledge graphs.

What you'll do

  • Define and prioritize product requirements by creating and managing user stories in Jira, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers in Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes that accurately reflect the proposed user experience.

Actively seek feedback from end-users by sharing prototypes and incorporating insights to refine and improve the design.

  • Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the project's objectives
  • Lead grooming sessions with engineers, providing clear verbal explanations, wireframes, and comprehensive documentation to align on the design and development of software features
  • Proactively manage project timelines, identifying potential obstacles early and devising strategies to mitigate risks.

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and resolutions to key stakeholders, maintaining transparency and engagement.

What's required

  • At least 4 years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated ability to lead development sprints and execute complex software deployments successfully.
  • Extensive experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and proven success in leading cross-functional teams through iterative development cycles, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective sessions.
  • Extensive experience using Jira to manage project requirements, create and groom user stories, track issues, and ensure traceability throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in configuring Jira workflows, customizing fields, and leveraging advanced features to streamline the requirements management process.
  • Familiarity with knowledge graph technologies, ontologies, and semantic web standards, with a strong understanding of their applications in areas such as data integration, knowledge representation, and intelligent systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to coordinate diverse project teams, manage intricate tasks, and proactively address potential issues.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of forging productive partnerships with internal clients and achieving consensus across various levels of seniority and functional areas within a global organization.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless process execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious mind that thrives on gathering and analyzing information to propose innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness to adopt and master new technologies.
