Customer Relationship Manager Channel Specialist Full time, Permanent Hybrid (2 days onsite per week in San Jose, California)
Our client is looking for someone who will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Specifically, someone who has utilised Adobe products like AEM, Campaign or AJO to deliver and build multichannel campaigns, as well as managed campaign content on content management systems (preferably AEM)
Qualifications : Technical Skills :
Technical Skills :
- Extensive experience in campaign execution across various channels - primarily on Adobe products.
- Comfortable with HTML to build email campaigns
- Experience with email marketing tools, web content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.
Soft Skills :
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or similar certification.
- Certification in digital marketing or related tools (e.g., HubSpot).
