This position is responsible for the leadership, development and oversight of the Safety Strategy and Program. Continuously evaluates and improves service area programs based on internal needs and external requirements and standards This includes overseeing ongoing activities including identifying, analyzing, monitoring, and mitigating incidents and unanticipated events that have the potential to jeopardize the delivery of safe patient care.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing, Healthcare Administration / Business, or other relevant field.
- upon hire : Washington Registered Nurse License.
- upon hire : Certified Professional in Hospital Risk Management, Patient Safety, or Healthcare Quality, or other relevant healthcare certification.
- 5 years Healthcare experience.
- 5 years Registered Nurse experience.
- 5 years Clinical Experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's Degree Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or other relevant field.
- 3 years Healthcare Management Experience.
