Description : Position Summary :

The Marketing Intern is responsible for providing hands-on support to the Marketing team through administrative planning, asset collection, website support, and database updates.

All interns at Omaha Performing Arts (O-pa) will participate in personal / professional development opportunities. This individual must demonstrate the organization’s Core Values of Collaboration, Inclusion, Trust, and Integrity while providing excellent internal and external customer service. This internship is for our Fall term which will begin 10 / 1 / 2025

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the collection of all show creative materials and manages approval process.
• Support tabling efforts at community events to promote organizational programs and engage with the public.
• Collect and compile data to support marketing efforts.
• Process invoices and complete archival filing.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and communications efforts.
• Organize performance materials for upcoming season.
• Update website and social media upon request.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
