LHH is partnering with an organization who is looking for a temporary AP Specialist to join their team for the next few months.
Your main tasks will be processing invoices and paying vendors. You will work with a team who will make sure you are trained fully, but the role is fully in office.
The ideal candidate will have a few years of accounting experience, but the team is open to someone who is willing to learn with the right attitude.

Main Responsibilities :
- Coding and processing invoices
- Updating vendor accounts and responding to vendor inquiries
- Ensuring prompt vendor payments
- Maintaining accounting documents and scanning into the system
- Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Associate degree would be preferred
- At least two years of professional office or accounting experience
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team and collaborate with others
- High attention to detail and accuracy with important information
Employement Details :
- Temporary for two months
- Fully onsite in Shelton, WA
- Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
