THE OPPORTUNITY
This position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Electrophysiology division or remote.
In our client’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and live their life to the fullest.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON?
Reporting to the Global MarCom Manger, you will own the tactical execution of digital marketing efforts globally, with an aim to gain efficiencies and elevate execution within the EP MarCom team.
This person will be focused on marketing automation with execution and support of EP websites.

MAJOR RESPONIBILITES
- Plan, design and build EP B&CM marketing automation campaigns leveraging Adobe Marketo Engaged to engage customers.
- Drive traffic and engagement through email, landing pages, and social media to increase EP product / brand awareness and consideration.
- Serves as the lead resource for Marketo implementation, configuration, and reporting.
- Execute end-to-end projects with cross-team collaboration.
- Performs all technical tasks to build integrated campaigns including emails, websites, simple and complex journey maps for both one-time and automated campaigns, building supporting forms and landing pages where necessary.
- Works with others in Marketing to refine audience requirements, creates audience segments to facilitate list development for marketing campaigns, ensure / regularly audit email list hygiene as well as data integrity.
- Collaborates with MarCom, Professional Education and Social Media channel managers to determine together the types of campaign assets that will generate the strongest results.
- Primary POC for agency execution of campaign deliverables (emails, landing pages, social posts).
- Collaborates with the Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions to ensure proper use of the EP tech stack as well as keeping an up-to-date inventory of digital products for use in campaigns.
- Keyword research and SEO / PPC optimization.
- Develop and maintain an understanding about the nuances of different global geographies and selling divisions to ensure communications campaigns enable the sales organizations.
TOP REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Marketo experience 2 to 5 years
- HDML Coding must be strong
- Collaborative Skills and Experience working with customer agencies preferably
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in Adobe Marketo Engage building emails, journeys, and landing pages.
- Ability to build relationships and work on projects across multiple different teams, building trust to grow influence with key stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills. Strong project management skills, as well as attention to detail. Keen awareness and adherence to timelines.
- Digital marketing experience in regulated markets.
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Brings a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Goal-orientated, project-orientated, with a yes and mindset.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of UX / CX best practices.
- Digital or brand marketing experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results.
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- Experience working in a broader enterprise / cross-division business unit model.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
