DESCRIPTION
QVineis looking for a mid-level recruiter to join our team in Herndon supporting theIntelligence Community. This position will be responsible for hiring a varietyof positions in support of our existing contracts, as well as providing candidatesfor upcoming bids / proposals and clearance sponsorship opportunities.
As a corporate recruiter for QVine, you willbe responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process to include : working closely with managers to assess staffing needs and ensure requisitions representtrue requirements;
sourcing, qualifying and recruiting candidates throughvarious means including Job Boards, Career Fairs, Networking, EmployeeReferrals and Direct Resume Submittals.
Schedulingand facilitating the interviewing process, negotiating offer packages, creatingoffer letters and managing new hire paperwork.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
- Identifyand understand staffing needs job specifications, qualifications, and requiredskills.
- Developspecific and targeted creative recruitment strategies.
Identifyand recruit candidates from unique sources.
Fulllife cycle recruiting to include : sourcing, reviewing resumes, screeningcandidates, identifying position matches, submitting resumes to hiringmanagers, coordinating interview, presenting offer packages, etc.
Professionallyrepresent QVine’s values, culture, history, and benefits.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- BS / BAin related field.
- Recruitingexperience for a Federal Contractor where your efforts were focused on recruitingIntel professionals with TS / SCI & polygraph.
- Excellentsourcing, interviewing, negotiating and communication skills required.
- Abilityto interface with senior management.
- Mustbe able to multi-task and prioritize work load.
- ITbackground highly desirable.
