MondayFriday 9 am 5 pm NO Nights or NO Weekends! We are looking for aresponsible Physician to provide high quality medical care byexamining patients and treating diseases.
You will also undertaketasks aiming at prevention and promotion of healthy habits. The jobis one of the most demanding but also most rewardingprofessions.
A great physician is a highlyqualified professional and a compassionate individual. You must bevery knowledgeable concerning diseases epidemiology and othermedical conditions so you can interpret symptoms and diagnoseconditions.
The job can be demanding so a great deal of patienceand physical endurance isrequired.
- Conduct routine checkups topatients to assess their health condition and discover possibleissues
- Give appropriate advice forhealthy habits (diet hygiene etc.) and preventative actions topromote overall health
- Conduct examinations to illpatients and evaluate symptoms to determine theircondition
- Ask intuitive questions todiscover causes of illness
- Reach an informed diagnosisbased on scientific knowledge and the patient s medicalhistory
- Prescribe and interpret labtests to obtain more information about underlying infections orabnormalities
- Prescribe medications or drugsand provide comprehensive instructions foradministration
- Collaborate with otherphysicians physician assistants and nurses to form a highperforming medical team
- Examine and provide treatmentsto injuries and refer patients to other physicians when needed(ophthalmologists orthopedists neurologistsetc.)
- Keep records of patientsdiseases operations or other significant information (e.g. allergicepisodes)
- Cultivate a climate of trustand compassion for patients
- Remain uptospeed withdevelopments and best practices in medicine by attendingconferences and seminars
Requirements
- Proven experience as a physician
- Strong understandingof examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Excellent knowledge ofinfectious diseases their symptoms and epidemiology
- Broad knowledge ofcommon medication side effects and contraindications
- Indepth knowledge oflegal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral andwritten communication skills
- Respect for patient sconfidentiality
- Compassionate and approachable
- Responsible andtrustworthy
- Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) and valid license topractice the profession
