About The Role :
Arbor Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, is currently looking to hire a Contract & Closing Coordinator to sit out of our corporate office in Indianapolis, IN.
The right candidate will be responsible for administering all aspects of contract and closing duties.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Keep truck stocked with material
- Organize and clean
- Dig plumbing ditches
- Install water piping in slab
- Install tub boxes
- Tape and stake all piping
- Clean up all leftover material
- Any other task determined by Journeyman
What Will You Bring?
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-started with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
