We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager that can bring demonstrated experience to support a Department of Defense customer.
The team will support the client in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing computing risks while developing strategies to secure the Agency's systems, networks, and data.
It will ensure the accreditation of systems through robust cybersecurity strategies and continuous monitoring to protect against internal and external threats.
The program's goal is to enhance cybersecurity, ensuring that information infrastructure remains secure, accessible, and trusted by authorized users.
Location : Hybrid, Washington, DC metro area
Duties and responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and milestones
- Monitor and track program progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
- Manage program budget and resources effectively
Required Qualifications :
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects / operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition.
- Demonstrates experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technologies.
- Demonstrates experience in procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Demonstrates experience in task order management and leadership, including performance management of employees, training, completing required reports.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, analytical, project management, and supervisory skills.
- Demonstrates experience in formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communication policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Demonstrates successful track record for delivering large / complex projects on time and within budget within DoD Organizations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification.
- DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification.
- NOTE : This will change to a DoD 8140 equivalent once a DISA 8140 policy is released.
Desired Experience :
- Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) Services
- Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)
Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree or above in IT-related field required. Master's degree in IT-related field preferred.
Clearance Requirement : Top Secret with SCI eligibility required.
