Schedule : Part-time (14–15 hours / week), ideally 11 AM – 3 PM ET

Rate : $43 – $45.50 / hour

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work closely with executive leadership to drive high-impact health-focused initiatives across philanthropy, nonprofits, and funder networks. Responsibilities include :
Network & Partnership Development
Engage and grow relationships with funders, health nonprofits, and institutional partners
Support and help expand a cross-sector collaborative of funders and practitioners focused on transforming health systems
Represent the organization in external stakeholder engagements, including outreach and presentations
Program Strategy & Execution
Co-design and manage collaborative efforts, pooled funding initiatives, and learning communities
Execute stakeholder convenings, webinars, and strategic events
Develop compelling communications and work products that advance systems change engagement
Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership
Manage timelines, deliverables, and collaboration across multiple initiatives
Contribute to strategic planning, internal process improvement, and cross-team alignment
Leverage digital tools to facilitate communications, relationship management, and event execution
What We’re Looking For
✅ 8–12 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, nonprofit development (especially in health or health equity)
✅ Demonstrated success building partnerships and stewarding collaborative efforts
✅ Experience working with or alongside funder collaboratives, pooled funds, or systemic change initiatives
✅ Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and workstreams
✅ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
✅ Comfortable with external-facing communications, stakeholder engagement, and public speaking
✅ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic, virtual work environment
✅ Passion for equity, systems change, and the role of philanthropy in social transformation
✅ Strong tech skills, including :
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Zoom and online convening platforms
Ability to learn or leverage AI tools
Familiarity with CRM platforms or communications software a plus
