Purpose of Position
As the Learning Consultant, Senior. you will leverage your skills to design, deliver and facilitate programs and plans through activities that are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
As the owner of such programs, you will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support the design and implementation of talent management programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance.
You will play a key role in creating meaningful and impactful experiences throughout the organization to drive business results
Minimum Experience
5+ years’ progressive experience in organizational learning and development focused on building Leadership Development programs;
or equivalent experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Consults with learning manager, leaders, subject matter experts, and HRBPs to support strategic development of talent management processes and programs and customizes solutions to for a variety of workforce populations.
- Perform training needs analysis.
- Write measurable learning objectives.
- Apply instructional strategies / adult learning theory.
- Partner with Learning Consultant to create engaging and meaningful learning activities.
- Participate in appropriate stages of the project management lifecycle.
- Facilitates workshops and programs, both in-person and virtual, to enhance the skills and capabilities of all levels of employees in the organization
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in organizational development, I / O psychology, organizational behavior, human resources, learning and development, instructional design, leadership development or related field required.
5+ years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

- Basic Software Requirements Other Desired Software Skills-PowerPoint-Word-Excel-Outlook-Articulate 360 software
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, leadership theories and practices, and multiple learning formats
