On our team, you'll use your analytical skills and data science knowledge to create real-world impact. You'll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle.

You'll develop algorithms and systems and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to help clients make informed decisions.

Ultimately, you'll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.

You Have :

• 5+ years of experience in the data science field
• 2+ years of experience supporting complex missions and developing data science solutions from scratch
• Experience with Big Data programming technologies, including distributed data and computing tools such as Hadoop, Spark, R, and Hive
• Experience developing predictive and decision models, quantitative analysis, and visualization of target data sources
• Experience with Python development
• Knowledge of commercial cloud platforms, services, and technologies
• Ability to effectively comprehend and decompose stakeholder requirements into actionable analytics, and report and communicate those complex findings and dense technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers and stakeholders
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have :

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) topics and application of deep learning to NLP
• Experience performing data transformation and modeling in Databricks
• TS / SCI clearance
• Master's degree
• Data Science or Cloud Development Certifications

Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
