We are located in Potomac, Maryland with branch offices in Tysons Corner and Alexandria, Virginia, and Baltimore.

THE POSITION
We're looking for a transactional associate (4+ years and above) with strong attention to detail, solid communication, legal writing, research, and organizational skills, a desire to learn, and to help middle-market businesses and private equity firms on complex deals.
