We offer an integrated payment solution to manage and process a high volume of payments flowing through the software at a retail or wholesale level.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager, preferably with a background in Payments or Fintech, to spearhead the continued development and enhancement of our existing payment offerings.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, shape product strategy, and expand your experience in the ever-growing Payments landscape.

You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leverage customer feedback to enhance product solutions. A successful candidate should be a perceptive, humble, and proactive individual as well as a driven problem-solver.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful product development and timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to develop and deliver high-quality high-availability payment products.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, business goals, and market trends.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on product enhancements to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in payments technology and fintech.
• Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct user acceptance testing of product features before promoting to customers

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or features.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.

Extra Credit : Deep understanding of payment processing, including various payment methods, networks, and compliance requirements.

Salary : 100-120k, depending on experience

Location : This position is based at our office in Provo, UT, with the possibility of remote work for the right candidate.
