Pay : $24.73 / hour

Job Duties :

• Serves food and beverages to guests in private event functions
• Sets up private event functions (including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and putting out table centerpieces).
• Communicate any issues from guests to Manager.
• Keep inventory of all equipment in order and stored in their appropriate areas.
• Provide all guests with a 5-star experience from start to finish.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or as directed by supervisor.
• Understands and can communicate products and services available to guests
• Pre-buss tables as needed
• Ensure function rooms are properly cleaned and always show-ready

Education / Experience :

• 2 year similar experience
• High school diploma

Required Skills :

• Excellent communication skills.
• Pleasant and attentive personality
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Understanding of banquet operating systems
• Ability to multi-task.
• Operate effectively in stressful situations.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.
• Is a team player and interacts with all guests and fellow associates in a positive and friendly manner.
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English.

Physical Demands :

Strength demands : Medium work. Includes exerting 10-30 pounds.
