Job Summary : The Sustainability Specialist is a vital member of the Environment, Health, and Safety team. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining systems and processes that support sustainability initiatives and overall EHS information management.

The Specialist will manage software solutions, gather global data, and report metrics to leadership and various Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and ensure the timely submission of ESG, Sustainability reports, CDP and customer questionnaires.
  • Manage and validate sustainability and EHS metrics and tracking systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes between Sustainability, EHS, and business functions such as Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance.
  • Support the development of the annual sustainability report and contribute to related marketing materials.
  • Analyze regulatory changes and provide regional impact assessments based on sustainability data.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across various functions and levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with SAP.
