Overview : Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Food Service Program Manager to lead the food operations at a single site within the healthcare market.
This role involves managing food quality standards, inventory levels, and ensuring customer service expectations are met, while adhering to all regulatory guidelines and HCSG policies and procedures.
- Responsibilities :
- Manage the food service program at a single site
- Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, and equipment
- Provide training, quality control, and in-servicing staff
- Effectively communicate directives from client managers to HCSG staff
- Ensure safety and quality guidelines are met
- Qualifications :
- Positive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks
- Associate's degree in food service management or hospitality preferred
- Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required
- Two years of quantity food production / service and personnel supervision experience desired
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records
- Ability to lift / carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously
- Must live in the service area
