Direct Counsel is currently seeking a skilled Bad Faith Insurance Attorney to join a well-established law firm in Los Angeles, CA .

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in handling bad faith insurance claims or related insurance litigation.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Experience conducting depositions and mediations.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all stages of bad faith insurance litigation.
- Analyze claims, prepare cases for trial, and represent clients in court or mediation when necessary.
- Advise clients on their rights and options regarding insurance policies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies.
