Job Title : Fund Manager
We are seeking a skilled Fund Manager who can spearhead the launch and management of investment funds with expertise in financial analysis, fund logistics, investor relations, and reporting.
The investment funds you will be managing include mostly real estate investment funds, but also a few venture capital funds and a debt equity fund.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fund operations, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to navigating complex financial environments.

Responsibilities :
- Launch New Investment Funds :
- Lead the development and launch of new investment funds, from initial concept to execution.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to support fund creation.
- Financial Analysis and Auditing :
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and audits of existing funds.
- Evaluate fund performance, risk factors, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Funds Logistics :
- Manage the logistical aspects of fund operations, including extensive document handling (review, negotiation, acceptance / rejection).
- Coordinate fund transactions such as wire transfers and fund disbursements.
- Investor Relations and Portal Maintenance :
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates.
- Oversee investor portal functionality and content, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- In-House Liaison and Reporting :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal fund-related inquiries and communications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets and reporting mechanisms to track fund performance and compliance.
- Quarterly Reporting and Investor Updates :
- Prepare and publish quarterly reports on fund performance, financial statements, and market analysis.
- Deliver investor update presentations, highlighting fund achievements, challenges, and strategic outlook.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in fund management or related financial roles, with a successful track record in launching and managing investment funds.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with investors and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance in fund operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software / tools.
