Are you a Human Resources (HR) Generalist / Business Partner who is looking to make an immediate impact? Our company is experiencing growth and looking for a HR Generalist / Business Partner to join our team.
This is an onsite in-person position with evening and weekend shift schedules available. A competitive salary with a bonus incentive is offered along with a $750 sign-on bonus for external non-company employees.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support in areas of human resources including recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee and / or labor relations, job evaluation, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, organizational development, training, AA / EEO, and special projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements.
- Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and participate in team projects that address strategic initiatives.
- Recruit, screen, and interview internal and external applicants to fill job vacancies, and educate employees about their benefits.
- Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews, adhere to all safety and health regulations, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Community Leadership & Development.
- At least 3 years of HR experience is strongly preferred, and PHR, SHRM, or other similar Certifications are a plus.
