Work as a Senior Civil Engineer in Middlesex County : *Supervise the development of project plans, design calculations, specifications and lead the coordination with other design disciplines as required to deliver high quality engineering services*Lead coordination and presentation of submissions with local utilities, municipalities, environmental agencies, and town planning boards*Perform site investigations to observe and document existing conditions*Complete and review design calculations;
assist in the preparation of drawings and specifications*Perform a wide range of civil engineering analysis and design tasks related to : zoning analysis, site planning, site storm-water management, utility layout and coordination, pavement / roadway assessment, site ADA compliance, parking analysis and layout, vehicle maneuvering analysis, grading design*Provide responses and solutions to issues during the construction administration phase of projects*Utilize a broad assortment of technical and project management skills on projects that range from small site restorations to large scale new construction*Engage with existing clients and pursue new clients to support growth of the business in the region across all service lines*Assist in the preparation of technical content for proposals for engineering services*Attend industry and business development functions as a representative of the firm*Mentor and develop junior engineering staffQualifications : *Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering*7+ years' experience in Civil Engineering*NJ PE required*Ability to provide guidance to junior level engineers*Understanding and application of local code requirements*Experience in using various structural analysis software*Strong written and verbal communication skills*Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines*Auto-CAD and Civil 3D experience a requirement*Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
