Coaches will be responsible for delivering World-Class KSP workouts to clients
Coaches will ensure all clients have an Beta-test conducted, instructed in membership / assessment options and successfully coached through their training sessions
Understanding and delivering motivating, well-timed coaching cues
Organizing the group sessions; setting the tempo and transition of all groups
Coaching a minimum of 12 groups per week
Growing expertise in our training programs, ready to deliver the workouts according to the program
Operate, monitor and understand data protocols for all technology resources
Lead clients to their goals, celebrate their improvement and share client success stories
Attend and lead marketing events such as combines, competitions, etc
Participate in marketing and sales events to grow client base
Overall tidiness of workout areas, setting up and resetting after each workout
Maintenance and well-organized facility and equipment location
Growth of membership / personal training and retention by providing exceptional coaching and leading of classes
Accurate and timely completion of daily job duties
Adherence to standard policies and procedures to safeguard the clients and coaches
Effective management of scheduling, organization, and time management
