The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes : highly organized, work with a sense of urgency, ability to adapt / adjust quickly and prioritize effectively, values collaboration with team and willingness to be accountable for status of parts department.

Responsibilities Parts Management / Sales :

Read equipment manuals and accurately identify part numbers

Maintain customer goodwill by utilizing strong communication skills via phone, email, and in person

Fundamental understanding of Inventory Control and Processes

Controls parts inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction

Take ownership in a clean and organized parts department and equipment warehouse

Receive and verify parts from vendors, enter into inventory, ensure service department has what it needs for upcoming service jobs

Sells products and consistently meet the customers’ expectations by managing and fulfilling customer POs by packaging and shipping correct parts

Offload equipment deliveries with forklift and stage machinery for upcoming installs

Cycle counting

Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain parts department

Assist both external and internal customers with identifying correct part numbers

Track POs, update customers, and escalate orders with vendors when needed

Invoice for parts orders

Fleet management

Expedite high profile customers

Able to make recommendations on new parts to stock

Find alternative suppliers or parts when necessary

Maintain e-commerce website

Maintain / update parts pricing

Assist with RMA process

Manage technician truck stock by evaluating and replenishing parts

Perform other tasks as required

Responsibilities Customer Service :

Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and company’s satisfaction

Greet customers in a courteous manner

Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices

Requirements :

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to effectively listen

Exceptional organizational skills

Microsoft Office Suite / ERP system knowledge

Forklift operation

Problem solving

Excel in a fast-paced environment

Strong sense of urgency

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Physical Demands :

Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 40lbs.
