Company Overview : Longstanding non-profit economic development lending organization facilitating small business loans for real estate and equipment utilizing SBA loan programs including the SBA 504 and Community Advantage loans.
Position Overview : Oversees non-profit Certified Development Company operations and staff.
- Develop and maintain organizational processes for delivering loan programs, including the SBA 504, to Wyoming small businesses.
- Business development through Statewide marketing, networking, promotion of organization and loan programs.
- Grow and diversify revenue streams, loan programs, and partnerships that increase the statewide presence.
- Communicate with Board of Directors and ensure Board members are kept apprised of operations of the organization.
- Plan and prepare materials for organizational needs, staff development, and quarterly board meetings.
- Facilitate the presentation of credit request to Credit Committee.
- Strategic planning for organizational growth in consultation with the Board of Directors.
- Ensure company is compliant with all organizational and SBA policies as well and state and federal requirements.
- Develop and manage annual budget.
- Oversee all aspects of organizations finances and bookkeeping.
- Prepare quarterly financial statements for the organization and work with external auditor to ensure annual audit is completed and tax return is filed.
- Review, process, and close loan applications as part of the lending team.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience in related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial lending, business banking, commercial real estate, or related field
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Business development and organizational leadership and staff development skills
- SBA lending experience preferred.
