Overview
Margaritaville Hotel is seeking a dynamic leader with technical know-how to join us as our Director of Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping our property running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do :
- Lead and inspire an engineering team to maintain our property to the highest standards.
- Keep things running smoothly manage repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to all systems.
- Boost energy efficiency with eco-friendly solutions.
- Work closely with other teams to make sure everything’s running like clockwork.
- Ensure safety and compliance while fostering a fun, team-focused work environment.
Qualifications
What You Bring :
- Experience as Director or Assistant Director of Engineering.
- 3-5 years in hotel, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
- Certifications in HVAC and refrigeration.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
- Financial acumen with budget management experience.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
