Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of a prospective TMT loan transaction, including due diligence, financial modeling, credit approval memo preparation and presentation, legal documentation and post-investment portfolio management
- Participate in calls and meetings with potential corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors
- Assist with prepare ofprehensive credit approval memoranda and presention to credit investmentmittee
- Manage loan transaction workflow process and procedure
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensurepliance with all FCB policies and procedures and build a firm understanding of FCB systems and resources
Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience inmercial Lending or Credit Analysis, financial statement spreading, preparation of projections, and historical financial analysis OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience inmercial Lending or Credit Analysis, financial statement spreading, preparation of projections, and historical financial analysis.
Preferred Education Bachelors Preferred Business, Finance, Economics Skill(s) : pletion of a formal credit training program Ability to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous project deadlines with a strong sense of accountability andmitment Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills Excellent oral and writtenmunications skills Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel Strong attention to detail Ability to function independently and as part of a small team
The base pay for this position is generally between $100,000 and $110,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
For some roles, totalpensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and / or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
