We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Digital Experience to join our team and lead our digital initiatives to the next level.

Position Overview :

The Vice President of Digital Experience will be responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy to enhance customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

This role will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our digital platforms and services to drive engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and drive the overall digital strategy in alignment with business objectives, focusing on delivering a seamless and personalized customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and optimization of digital products and services, including websites, mobile apps, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
  • Define and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives with overall business strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital experience, user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design, and digital marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital strategies that drive business results, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, UX / UI design, and customer experience management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools, such as content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, web analytics, and A / B testing platforms.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, photocopiers, shredders, and filing cabinets.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and / or diffused in the work environment.
