Maintenance Manager
Location : Salt Lake City, UT
Reports to : Operations Manager
Compensation : $120K - $135K+
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager :
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a can making manufacturing setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of facilities equipment and machinery, including motors, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, extractors, fractionators, homogenizers, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and mixing systems.
- Strong supervisory experience, including hiring and training employees, planning and directing work, monitoring performance, rewarding and disciplining as needed, and resolving any issues.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, technical aptitude, understanding of
- technical and legal documents, business acumen, and tact.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Direct and supervise the can making maintenance team in the installation, maintenance, and
- repair of machinery, tools, and equipment, ensuring continuous production operations.
- Develop preventative maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime, operational
- efficiency, and the utmost safety of all equipment.
- Review maintenance reports and statistics to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
