The CEO reports to the Group President, Colorado and Kansas, and to the local Board. The CEO is supported by a COO, CNO, CMO, Director of Finance, and Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and drive the financial and operational performance of the facility.
- Direct and guide the leadership team in achieving facility, group, and organizational goals in a way that supports Centura’s mission.
- Oversee planning activities related to preparation of operating budgets, capital investments, and pricing decisions.
- Assess the financial implications related to the competition in the market and respond accordingly.
- Oversee the management and development of medical staff and provide leadership in the ongoing implementation of flexible and innovative physician alignment strategies.
