ServiceNow Administrator
6 Month Contract
This role is critical to our IT operations, and we’re looking for a candidate with deep ServiceNow experience, particularly in implementing a new ServiceNow instance within an enterprise IT environment on the Infrastructure and Operations team.
We seek a Senior ServiceNow Administrator who will take ownership of the ServiceNow platform, bringing deep technical knowledge and initiative to manage its ongoing implementation.
The candidate will work as part of our cross-functional Infrastructure and Operations team, which includes 5 systems administrators and 2 network engineers.
Key responsibilities include platform maintenance, configuration, and module management for :
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Change Management
- Incident and Problem Management
- Service Catalog
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures for platform stability and scalability.
- Define, manage, and track performance metrics that drive continuous improvement.
- Develop procedures for technical support, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
- Train users on the IT service management system and provide comprehensive incident documentation.
- Define and manage user roles, permissions, and access levels to ensure security and data integrity.
- The candidate will handle day-to-day ServiceNow administration and support GLO’s ongoing greenfield implementation of ServiceNow.
This project emphasizes building an optimized ServiceNow environment from scratch rather than replicating the features of our previous ITSM platform, Ivanti.

- Redesigning workflows to fully utilize ServiceNow’s capabilities.
- Training and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
- Project Timeline and Collaboration
- This project will roll out in phases, focusing on building critical functionalities before expanding. The candidate will collaborate with ITS teams, IT leadership, and external partners to ensure each phase is executed effectively, prioritizing stability, performance, and user adoption.
