Adecco Medical is currently seeking a Resident Care Manager for our amazing non-profit Transitional Care organization in Everett, WA.

We are seeking a compassionate RN who can comfortably help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of our facility. This role comes with a competitive salary, incredible benefits, and a chance to help shape the culture of this wonderful, long-standing organization.

Qualifications :

WA State Unencumbered RN License

Current CPR certification

At least 1 year of supervisory experience

What you’ll do :

Help develop written plans of care for each resident and review their medical and nursing treatments to ensure they are in accordance with the patients care plan.

Make daily rounds to ensure all staff are performing their assignments.

Review nurses’ notes to ensure they are providing care in accordance with the physician and the patients wishes.

Train, evaluate, and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff.

Provide direct nursing care as needed.

Schedule :

Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Must be comfortable working on all 3 shifts if necessary

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary of 45-60 / hr
