We are an AV-rated law firm based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our growing team.

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, or negotiations as needed
• Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical practice
