The Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Director and will be instrumental in developing effective marketing programs aimed at increasing ASUS' market share in the USA.
This role entails creating and implementing marketing strategies tailored for different retail channels. Working closely with sales, product management, channel partners, and other teams, the Specialist will focus on enhancing brand visibility, generating revenue, and capturing a larger market share.
Responsibilities include driving sales growth in both B2C and B2B segments through initiatives such as promotional campaigns, MDF activities, joint promotions, and various training events.

The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and ROI goals.
- Create and communicate channel marketing execution plans for PC product launches in the USA.
- Manage the cross-functional implementation of channel marketing plans.
- Customize and localize sales and marketing tools for channel customers.
- Administer B2C / B2B channel marketing programs and activities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to plan and host channel marketing events.
- Optimize in-store / online channel marketing execution and manage merchandiser activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in advertising and ecommerce.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience in consumer electronics or PC industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing strategy or B2B / partner marketing tactics.
- Effective stakeholder collaboration and partnership-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to comprehend and communicate complex issues.
- Adaptability to dynamic work environments, managing budgets, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Capability to work independently while contributing actively to team goals.
$90,000-$140,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
