What You’ll be Doing

As an Account Specialist , you will be a key player in delivering service to customers as well as sales support to the Account Management team on a variety of ongoing and ad hoc sales / promotional campaigns.

• Providing administrative and sales support to Account Managers reviewing written contracts and purchase orders
• Support a wide range of B2B customer relationships, assisting with shipments, working closely with outside vendors to meet deadlines, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
• Participate in a variety of client driven sales strategies - cross training others on sales procedures and processes.
• Constantly learning and upgrading your knowledge of a variety of product support info

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate .

• Intermediate level skills in Outlook and Excel
• A track record of strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills applied to both internal and external customers and vendors.
• Familiarity with retail based marketing and promotional programs and big box business strategies.
• Some experience working in account management, customer service, or sales in a high-performance work environment.
• Some form of formal or informal leadership (personal or professional) in team settings. This job is TAGGED for promotion!

The Important details :

• Location : Issaquah, WA (100% onsite)
• Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Pay range is between $50,000 and $52,000 depending on your experience doing this type of work.
• You must be able to meet their requirements for a criminal background check.
