What are we looking for in our Brand Marketing Manager?
Our client, a global entertainment conglomerate based in Santa Monica, CA, is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager on a remote basis.
Contract - W2 Non-Exempt
Pay Range : $ - $ per hour DOE
Location : Santa Monica, CA (remote, hybrid preferred)
Duties :
- Lead, develop and execute 2024 brand marketing campaigns among internal and external partners. This includes but is not limited to : running weekly task force meetings, ensuring the right content is featured, seeking content & legal approvals, and ensuring the project stays within budget.
- Must have experience campaign managing 360 productions including film, OOH, social, events and radio
- Consistently partner with brand leads throughout projects
- Provide leadership and support for the design, development, and implementation of all brand-led projects to ensure consistency of brand vision, both on- and off-channel
- Utilize research insights, performance metrics, and other data available to track and optimize campaigns
- Oversee approvals on internal / external brand marketing & advertising campaign programs (creative, media, etc.)
Requirements :
- 3-5 years relevant experience in brand campaign management with a leading consumer-facing brand or brand agency
- Passion for the entertainment industry is a major plus
- Agility to jump in and add value / problem solve
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where decisions have to be made quickly but are rooted in data analysis and past expertise
- Excellent project & brand management skills, as well as production management experience
- Open / direct verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment and partner with multiple constituencies
- Solid understanding of the evolving media landscape
- Proficient in Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets. Knowledge of Airtable is a plus.
