Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and clients along with excellent record keeping in CRM.
Establish and maintain relationships with prospects and clients including property management companies with regular and continuous contact and highest customer service.
Prepare profitable and reasonable proposals and estimates with high close rate.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry gatherings to promote the company and develop new business.
Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Understand market trends, customers, and competitors to recommend effective sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare periodic reports and collaborate with top management and other key departments, including operations, to meet customer needs.
Effectively use cutting-edge technology, CRM tools, and lead tracking.
Demonstrate the company values of respect, courtesy, and accountability including prompt follow up on communications and arrive on time for customer appointments.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, particularly within the restoration or similar industries.
At least 5 years of successful marketing, business development, and customer retention with proven results.
Strong network and ability to leverage existing large-scale commercial and property management clients / contacts for business development.
Demonstrated sales success and ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.
Track record of high client retention and achieving and exceeding established goals, KPIs, and strategic and tactical plans.
