Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience managing a team and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage and develop the HR team
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Manage HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
