We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical and electronic systems, apparatus, field devices, and components of industrial machinery and equipment.
You will work with various systems such as wiring, conduit, motor starters, motors, test equipment, and transformers.
Key Responsibilities :
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems in industrial machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and repair issues in wiring, motor starters, motors, tools, test equipment, and transformers.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance inspections using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and regulations in all work activities.
Basic Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED.
Three (3) years or more of electrical experience in an industrial or military environment.
Experience troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and programming industrial electrical equipment such as motors, motor starters, and transformers.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Ability and willingness to work in loud, noisy, hot, humid, and greasy environments.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with systems integration, HMI, instrumentation, networking, communication, and power distribution.
Shift : Must have a flexible schedule, Standard hour 6 : 00 am to 4 : 30 PM. Hours may vary based on needs. Some Saturdays included.
Rate : $25 / hr.
