Position Summary :

As a 12-month Academic Professional and Director of Practicum Education, this position is responsible for the overseeing of all aspects of practicum education at the School.

This includes supervision of practicum faculty, establishment of practicum education sites through agency partnerships, placement of students in internships, student progress, learning outcomes assessment, and special programs and events.

Given the importance of practicum education outcome measures to reaccreditation, managing student evaluative and outcome data is of particular importance.

In addition, this position will teach 2 courses per year in the MSW or BSW programs.

Additional Requirements :

A minimum 3-5 years post-MSW social work practice experience.

Relevant / Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, and / or Certification :

Candidates must have an established track record in practicum education, student supervision, administrative leadership, and a working knowledge of the CSWE 2022 Educational Policy & Accreditation Standards.

Individuals with a Doctoral degree are preferred and encouraged to apply.
