Job Responsibilities :
As an HGV Class 2 Driver Moffett and Andover, you will be responsible for :
Safely driving a Class 2 lorry to transport building supplies to different destinations.
Planning and organizing delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Conducting pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
Loading and unloading building supplies using a Moffett forklift truck.
Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and maintaining professional relationships with them.
Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle and equipment.
Reporting any issues or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills :
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills :
Valid HGV Class 2 driving license and all other driving cards required.
Moffett forklift truck license.
Proven experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver, preferably in the construction or logistics industry.
