- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask
- A True Artist
- The hairstylist role can either be hourly + commission or Rent
- Ability to work with and be a part of a team
Qualifications :
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide amazing service
- 3+ years behind the chair / on the floor
- A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
- Strong communication skills
- A desire to provide exceptional service
- Drive and motivation, and ability to work with and be a part of a team
