We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our team. As an Office Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as they will be responsible for assisting with Hmong-speaking clients and handling translations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting the office manager in daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinating office activities and ensuring the office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Providing excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients and assisting with translations.
- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Collaborating with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Requirements :
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
