• This is a remote work opportunity organization.Responsibilities : Provide technical design and architecture leadership of ServiceNow solutions spanning Talent & Culture's business technology roadmap;
• evaluate business requirements in the early stages of projects to determine ServiceNow modules, products, integration technologies, system architectures and patterns that should be employed to meet business objectives efficiently;
• ensure the alignment of the solution architecture with the enterprise technology strategy of the Talent & Culture functionIllustrate the logical, physical, and process views with industry standard architecture diagramming frameworks;
• define the data model, application logic, user interface, security, and integration components; define Enabler Epics into the Program Increment plan to conduct proof of concepts, validate design patterns, integration methodsFacilitate design governance of HRSD solutions and actively contribute to enterprise business technology design decisions for the Talent & CultureConduct research and participate in the development of roadmaps, which include right solution selection, versions, upgrades, projects and milestones;
• stay updated on the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow and HRSD domainCommunicate best practices by giving presentations, working with project teams and authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies and otherwise defined best practicesCollaborate with project teams to assist in delivery of the solution implementation by providing guidance as needed to application, engineering and operations teams;
• work individually and collaboratively with team members to ensure breadth and granularity of strategies, standards and reference architectures for consistency and integrationQualifications : Minimum five years of recent experience designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions across architecture domains (technology, application, information, and infrastructure)Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferredExperience with defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models that align both business and technical capabilities to explain the architectureAbility to effectively develop presentations, functional and technical roadmaps as well as present ideas and proposals to all levels of management and technical expertiseMust be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team;

experience or certification in SAFe or other industry proven architecture frameworksApplicant must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureKPMG complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
