The Director, M&A and Corporate Development is responsible for partnering with the VP of M&A / Corporate Development and the Corporate Development Team in the development, analysis, diligence and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, partnerships and joint ventures.
The role will support the Companys global M&A priorities and is an excellent opportunity to join a team that influences long-term company-wide investment and growth initiatives.
This role provides a unique opportunity to partner with the Leadership Team and other top leaders in the company to evaluate, analyze and execute the Companys inorganic growth strategy.
This position is based at our HQ in Frisco, TX
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Support the VP of M&A and Corporate Development in driving KDPs M&A agenda
- Collaborate across the company to help identify, assess and prioritize potential transactions to best align with corporate strategy and growth objectives
- Participate in and lead transaction execution including project management, due diligence, valuation, negotiations and approvals.
Collaborate with business teams, internal functional experts and outside advisors to support execution
- Lead and manage due diligence activities including leading cross-functional deal teams and collaborating with business partners to distill diligence findings and recommendations
- Take primary responsibility for development of financial analysis for potential acquisition opportunities. Develop comprehensive financial models, valuation analysis, synergy estimates and sensitivities in support of potential transactions
- Create and deliver high quality presentation materials to business unit leaders and senior corporate executives to communicate findings and recommendations
- Assist and support post-acquisition integration activities
- Become a trusted advisor; influence and lead the development of core projects

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field from a top-rated university; MBA degree preferred
- 8+ years of combined experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction services, private equity, or similar level of experience and skills;
experience in consumer goods preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading complex due diligence efforts
- Proficient in business valuation methodologies and a strong understanding of finance and accounting
- Extensive financial modeling skills with significant experience in developing financial and valuation models for various types of transactions
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and communicate complex business, strategic and financial information in writing, orally and in executive-level presentations
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines; comfortable performing in a fast paced and dynamic environment, working with both internal and external resources
- Driven, proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn about the dynamics and trends of the global beverage industry
