Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily plant operations at a food manufacturing facility. This role oversees production and warehouse activities, driving efficiency, safety, and quality while supporting long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production / warehouse teams to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals
• Optimize daily operations to minimize downtime and improve throughput
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on planning, audits, and process improvements
• Drive continuous improvement using lean practices and performance metrics
