Requirements

- Bachelors degree (B. S.) from a fouryear college or university in anappropriate field or equivalent onthejobexperience
- Musthave 35 years minimum successful B2B AV or AVIT sales experience inaudiovisual (Crestron QSC Biamp ClearOne Shureetc.)
- Provenability to listen extrapolate information and leverage resources toeffectively provide solutions to customerneeds
- Abilityto effectively learn technical products services and solutions andreadily apply new knowledgerequired
- Abilityto identify and build relationships with seniorleveldecisionmakers
- Accurateand timelyforecasting
- ChallengerSales Training is aplus

Requirements : University graduate or equivalent experience withfurther studies in AV installation, data or voice communications,or drafting.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and / orcommunications environment. Understanding of project managementpractices and customer service obligations.
Knowledge ofelectrical, electronic, communications, and computer products andequipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar,punctuation, and spelling.
Familiarity with building constructionand blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial IntegratorNavigate system, specifically for change orders and delay noticesfeedback to the Project Manager. CTS-I CertificationPreferred
