Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our business, helping pet owners choose the best grooming packages, wellness services, and membership plans for their dogs.
You will also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and tips based on your performance, making this a rewarding position for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and engage with customers, providing exceptional service and expert advice on our grooming and wellness services.
- Promote and sell membership plans, ensuring customers understand the benefits and value.
- Process transactions and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on our services and products.
- Work collaboratively with the grooming and wellness team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Passionate about animals, especially dogs!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
