Important Duties :
- Contract / Order Entry, Item Entry
- Create, review and send Purchase Order to Suppliers
- Confirm receipt and acknowledgement of Purchase Orders with Suppliers
- Review Purchase Orders as needed
- Expedite delivery of products with Suppliers
- Communicate order status to customers
- Troubleshoot problematic order
- Assist with responding to phone calls and emails as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
- Internal Interactions with all levels of office and warehouse staff
- External Interactions with government representatives and suppliers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- 3+ years of business administrative experience
- College degree preferred but not required
- Military background preferred but not required
- Consistent, extreme attention to detail is required
- Solid phone skills and mannerisms
- Strong math, reading, analytical, problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, EXCEL, etc.)
